Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We stay committed to ensuring that our leadership and personnel reflect the community we serve – Nigeria. We will promote the provision of culturally sensitive care with some of our materials available, with time, in diverse languages. Our programmes and approaches will also recognize and address the needs of diverse populations, including people with disabilities.

Our enrollees and clients will have fair access to care, regardless of race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status.

Diverse community and industry groups will be engaged to enable us to understand their peculiarities and concerns to tailor their healthcare needs.

Language will not be a barrier to care as we will promote interpretation and translation services and physical accessibility for clients with disabilities. There will be a regular, in-house orientation on diversity, equity, and inclusion for staff and our network providers while mechanisms will be established to hold staff and providers accountable for promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
